First, the important part: deciding you want help is not failing. It's just information about your time and your timeline, and both are allowed to change.

So here are three levels. Some sellers want me to handle everything. Some just want the listing muscle and will run the rest themselves. Pick the one that fits where you actually are. You can move up, and you can cancel anytime.

Cancel anytime. Zillow reports Showcase listings sell for about 2% more on average than similar non-Showcase listings.

All commissions and fees are negotiable and set by written agreement. Program details may be adjusted to fit your situation. Buyer agent compensation, if any, is negotiated separately with each offer.
